It is said that the most delicious way to grill fish is the primitive grilling method, which allows you to enjoy the concentrated flavor of the fish! We offer dishes such as beef belly seared over straw, which goes perfectly with skirt steak with rich egg yolk, special brand salt, and special sauce that gives off a straw scent, and bonito seared over straw, where fresh bonito delivered directly from the source is seared over straw after it is ordered.
